Paola heads the Corporation Department at Cikato Abogados. In this role, she advises on all aspects related to the installation of new businesses in our country and in other jurisdictions.

She also advises Clients in the areas of commercial contracts, corporate governance, mergers, spin-offs, shareholder conflicts, among other issues related to the corporate sector. She has extensive knowledge of financial law, which allows her to attend all of our Clients needs in a comprehensive manner.​

​In addition, she is part of the Litigation Department, heading several trademark litigations. Her corporate profile greatly benefits the interests of the clients. She has extensive experience in trademark negotiation, preparation and revision of contracts.

She developed the Sanitary Registrations Department, advising clients in strategies to register their products in Uruguay. In addition, she also leads the Plant Variety Department.

Paola is extremely pro-active, always trying to find the best solution to our clients.
