Attorney Shen is a partner of Watson and Band Law Offices in Shanghai.
Attorney Shen graduated from Southwest University of Political Science in 1990 and then joined the Shanghai No.2 Law Firm. Mr. Shen became qualified as an attorney at law in 1992 and then started his professional career. During his time as an attorney at law, he further pursued an LLM degree from the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences from 1998 to 2001. He joined Watson & Band in 1999.
During his more than 20 years' practice, Mr. Shen has handled nearly a thousand civil, commercial, criminal and non-litigation cases. He is specialized in litigation services, especially in defending clients in commercial and criminal litigation cases. Attorney Shen is familiar with the laws and policies and has accumulated rich litigation skills, reliable personal contacts and practical courtroom experience through his long time of practice. He has won many civil and commercial cases for clients, and turned a number of hopeless cases into successful ones; he has also satisfied clients with "acquittal", "plea bargain" or "probation" judgments in criminal cases.
Attorney Shen is the acting legal counsel for a number of companies and provides a comprehensive basis litigation and non-litigation legal services for these companies.
Attorney Shen was invited as a special commentator and honored guest in many legal public media programs such as Shanghai Broadcasting and Television Station and Shanghai People's Broadcasting Station. He was also invited to deliver speeches at various special forums and seminars.
Attorney Shen is a current member of the Criminal Committee of Shanghai Lawyers' Association.
