Nat Hunter practices Real Estate law, including real estate development, landlord-tenant, title insurance, and lending law. Nat has represented numerous local and national banks as both lead and local counsel for various real estate transactions, including construction, refinancing and permanent lending for commercial development ventures as well as residential development matters. He also counsels on air right transactions, subdivision and zoning, and leasing. In addition, he serves in the firm’s Oil and Gas practice, drawing on his knowledge of mineral law. Nat previously served as the Western Pennsylvania Manager of a national title insurance company, and then as Associate Counsel/Underwriter with another national title company.

Nat received his B.A. with Departmental Honors from Hamilton College and his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law. He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate. He is rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale Hubbell.

Nat is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Hill Community Development Corporation Board of Directors. Active in the community, he is a Ruling Elder at Shadyside Presbyterian Church and is an Advisory Board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh, where he is a past president and former member of the Board of Directors.
