Meghan Flanery’s practice focuses on all aspects of the energy and construction industries, including litigation, title, transactional and corporate matters. Meghan has become a known force at the Harris County civil courthouse. In addition to her extensive hearing experience, Meghan has won more than $20 million in trial verdicts. She has also represented clients in arbitrations and mediations, written successful briefs and obtained many favorable settlements.
A Houston native, Meghan began her litigation practice focusing on professional negligence, labor and employment law, ERISA and general commercial liability. Her background, which includes studying professional music at the Berklee College of Music, performing classical piano, and studying philosophy and political science, enables Meghan to approach client matters from a creative perspective, giving her an edge when it comes to knowing whether an early resolution is advantageous and when a matter should be pursued fully.
