Megan E. Wamsley is a graduate of Marshall University. She received her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. During law school, Megan served on the executive board of the University of Cincinnati Law Review as Notes and Comments Chair and published an article there titled “You [Might] Have the Right to Remain Silent: Examining the Miranda Problem (United States v. Wright, 777 F.3d 769 (5th Cir. 2015)).

Megan was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2016 and is pending admission in California. Prior to joining Coleman & Horowitt, Megan worked in Jacksonville, FL as in-house Associate Claims Counsel for Fidelity National Financial and in Cincinnati, OH as a family law attorney specializing in complex divorce matters. Megan works in both the transactional and litigation departments of the firm’s Bakersfield, CA office practicing in estate planning, probate litigation, family law, intellectual property, and business transactions.
