Matt Worth serves his clients in the areas of Family Law and Estate Planning. Matt cares deeply about families, and his friendly, relatable style helps find the best solutions to each family’s individual situation. He is able to help clients with complex, contentious custody cases such as interstate and international jurisdictional disputes, move-away cases and custody cases implicating constitutional rights. He also guides his clients in matters of dividing intricate financial estates, spousal support with income from multiple, complex sources; stock allocation and division and privacy and protective orders.

He also helps his clients plan for the future, assisting with convoluted family trust protection, business valuation and other trust and estate planning matters. Matt has experience in numerous aspects of litigation, including discovery, law and motion practice, client counseling, case strategy, and trial preparation.

During his first two years of law school, Matt worked as a constable to Domestic Relations Judge Jon H. Sieve where he developed both a knowledge and passion for family law. He then served as a law clerk  at Strauss Troy, learning the intricacies and fundamentals of a Family Law practice by working side-by-side with the firm’s Family Law attorneys.
