Adina Johnson focuses her practice on dispositive motion and appellate practice in both federal and state court. She also handles the motions required for effective trial practice, including motions in limine, jury instructions, motions for directed verdict, as well as post-trial motions which preserve the key issues for appeal.
A significant part of Ms. Johnson’s practice includes professional liability defense and insurance coverage work which includes analyzing insurance policies for coverage issues as well as addressing the potential for bad faith claims. She has presented at various CLE seminars on insurance coverage issues, handling bad faith claims, professional liability defense issues and federal court practice.
Adina graduated from St. Louis University School of Law, magna cum laude and Order of the Woolsack, in 1998. She served as a Staff Attorney for the St. Louis City Circuit Court for two years where she conducted research and drafted court orders on a wide variety of legal issues.
