Education
Marcelo Works in the civil and labor areas. He is also Partner Arbitrator of the Chamber of Arbitration and Specialized Mediation (CAMES) and member of the Institute of Brazilian Lawyers - IAB in the committees of Civil Procedural Law and Labor Law. He was co-founder and Director of Institutional Relations of the Brazilian Association of Process Workers (ABPT).
He also acts as Auditor of the Superior Court of Sports Justice of the Brazilian Confederation of Water Sports (CBDA), having been Auditor of the Court of Sports Justice of Football and Attorney of the Superior Court of Sports Justice. He has been a lawyer with renowned national law firms with strong experience in the labor area and visiting lawyer at Duane Morris LLP - Philadelphia (Pennsylvania, USA).
He also served as a member of the Social Security Law Commission of OAB / RJ. Education: - LL.M. in Corporate Law, IBMEC-RJ - Law Degree, UniCeub-DF
