Lisa Factor Fox

Lisa Factor Fox is counsel to the firm, and concentrates in the areas of Trusts and Estates and tax-exempt organizations. Lisa’s Trusts and Estates practice focuses on the structuring and implementation of sophisticated estate and transfer tax plans for entrepreneurs and high net- worth individuals, including plans for family wealth transfer and philanthropic purposes. Her practice also includes the management of estate and gift tax examinations, and all other aspects of complex estate and trust administration. Her tax-exempt organizations practice includes the representation of private foundations from formation through dissolution, monitoring compliance with state and federal regulations, advising on administrative matters (with particular emphasis on grant-making activities), and analyzing annual foundation information returns.

Lisa is a member of the New York Bar and the New Jersey Bar. Lisa received her J.D. in 1991, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, where she was an associate editor of the Penn Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1988, magna cum laude, from Brandeis University, and was Phi Beta Kappa.

Lisa is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Trusts & Estates Section), and the New Jersey State Bar Association (Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section).
