Kimberly has experience working within litigation, commercial law, employment, tourism and rural law. She completed her LL.B (honours) at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, prior to relocating to Perth in 2010, and completing a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at UWA.
She provides clients with practical legal advice on issues including:
- contractual matters
- disputes
- employment law
- property; and
- regulatory offences.
Kimberly has assisted clients in State and Federal court proceedings. She works closely with clients to consider and discuss the options available to them and the legal implications of these options, to guide them through the legal process. She understands that each client comes with a unique set of circumstances and has a passion for finding a solution to meet each client’s specific needs.
Kimberly is actively involved in the Perth community. She is a committee member of the Law Society Employee Relations Committee and a member of Rotary of Elizabeth Quay. In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, particularly outdoors, camping and rock climbing.
