Kerry practices in the areas of estate planning and wealth transfer, estate and trust administration, business transactions and tax planning, tax law, and fiduciary litigation. Kerry counsels both individual and corporate trustees in all matters related to trusts and estates, including trust modifications, terminations, mergers, decantings, nonjudicial settlement agreements, and trust situs changes.

During law school, Kerry served as a student intern in the Veterans Law Clinic, completed a public interest externship with DuPont, and volunteered with the Wills for Heroes program and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.

Following law school, Kerry was an Equal Justice Works Americorps Legal Fellow providing legal advocacy and representation to low-income and disabled military veterans and their families in Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Kerry also served as legislative counsel to the Democratic Caucus of the Delaware House of Representatives during the 149th General Assembly.

Prior to joining the firm, Kerry was an attorney in the trusts and estates practice group at Cooch and Taylor P.A.
