Jillian Berk is an attorney in Greenberg Glusker’s Litigation and Probate Groups.

She graduated from Berkeley Law, where she served as a member of both the Berkeley Journal of Employment & Labor Law and the Berkeley Business Law Journal. She also spent a year defending eviction lawsuits as part of the East Bay Community Law Center’s Housing Clinic and a semester working on code enforcement cases as an extern at the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office. In 2018, she received an American Jurisprudence Award for top performance in Advanced Legal Writing.

She graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Spanish.
