Listens, Plans, then Executes
James Fogg is a rising trial attorney who practices in the areas of business, personal injury, and legal malpractice litigation. Throughout his legal career, James has striven to learn from the best of the best. He graduated from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law where he excelled on the school’s mock trial team and graduated with honors in the top 5% of his class. After law school, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. James S. Casebolt. Prior to joining Ogborn Mihm LLP, James worked as an associate at a renowned Denver litigation firm where he represented clients in multi-million dollar disputes. James recognizes that clients come to him because of problems that they cannot solve on their own. He has dedicated himself to working tirelessly to solve those problems and getting his clients the results they deserve.
But James also recognizes that every problem is unique. He prides himself on listening to his clients, developing a keen understanding of the issue, and crafting an approach that makes sense, both legally and financially. Then he works hard to execute the plan. And James understands the value of hard work. He started his legal career as a file clerk nearly a decade ago and has worked his way up through the ranks using his intensity, organization, and attention to detail.
James is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and serves on the Executive Council for the Denver Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Division.
