Ian is an attorney with the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice group. He represents businesses in a broad range of commercial matters, including commercial real estate, banking, partnership disputes, and representation of fiduciaries. He is admitted in Florida and the District of Columbia courts, including the northern and southern district federal courts of Florida. Before joining Agentis, Ian worked at two prominent law firms where he defended various Fortune 500 companies and municipalities throughout the state. Ian is also very involved in the community: He volunteers his free time with the Kiwanis of Little Havana, is an active committee member with the Cuban American Bar Association and is a graduate of Leadership Miami’s 40th class.
