Jerome Sparks joined Hendrickson & Long, PLLC in 2005. A native West Virginian, Jerome has the necessary knowledge, experience, and tenacity to carry every client’s case to a successful conclusion. With more than a decade of legal experience and years of non-legal professional experience before that, Jerome brings to the table vast experience and motivation to serve clients.

Jerome attended Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he served as a writer and assistant editor of Dicta, the law school’s student newspaper. As a member of the school’s Moot Court Board, he served as both a trial team member and student coach. Jerome worked briefly as a law clerk for a New Orleans law firm but, after graduating from law school, he was determined to return to his home state of West Virginia.

Jerome’s primary areas of practice include toxic tort defenseproduct liability defense, and general defense litigation. An experienced toxic tort litigator in West Virginia and Pennsylvania, Jerome works hard to demonstrate to his clients that their faith in him is well placed.

In his spare time, Jerome enjoys reading, watching movies, and writing fiction. His written works have been published through the Amazon Kindle program and through a small, independent publishing company. You can find Jerome’s books on Amazon at this link.
