In the field of mergers and acquisitions, Mr. Wang has assisted a number of domestic and foreign companies in the overall or partial acquisition of domestic and foreign targets through direct acquisition, establishment of SPV and joint industrial capital. In the field of foreign investment, Mr. Wang has served as a perennial and special consultant for many foreign clients, providing legal services for the establishment, acquisition, investment and regional headquarters identification, special license application and government investigation of enterprises in their territory.
Mr. Wang also has extensive experience in the field of capital market legal services. He has served as a signatory lawyer or team member for clients' initial public offering and listing (IPO), major asset restructuring, refinancing, domestic and overseas bond issuance and other projects.
