Mr. Kellar is an attorney in the firm’s civil litigation group, which spans all manner of business and commercial disputes including construction, contract, labor and employment, intellectual property, and real estate law among others. Mr. Kellar focuses on providing clients with high quality and efficient legal representation in every aspect of their civil litigation needs.

Prior to joining Thomas & Libowitz in March 2020, Mr. Kellar was an associate at another Baltimore City trial firm where he assisted clients in an array of complex civil litigation matters. At his prior firm, Mr. Kellar earned experience in a variety of practice groups, including commercial, product liability, and medical malpractice law.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Kellar clerked for the Honorable Robert E. Cahill, Jr. in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
