Elisabetta is an associate in the Commercial Department at Marriott Harrison, having qualified as a solicitor in September 2020.
She regularly advises clients on all aspects of commercial law including various aspects of commercial contracts, intellectual property law, and data protection. She works with B2B and B2C clients in a number of sectors, including tech, hospitality, and pharmaceutical. Elisabetta works alongside the Corporate Team to assist in all aspects of commercial due diligence in their M&A and VC deals.
Elisabetta has a particular interest in intellectual property law, having dedicated my postgraduate studies to this subject. She advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property law including cross-border IP licensing arrangements, brand exploitation and expansion strategies, trade mark management and enforcement.
Commonly assists clients with all matters relating to data protection law, including assisting clients with their EU and UK GDPR compliance. Elisabetta likes working alongside clients and gaining a better understanding of their business to prepare policies, data agreements and procedural documents tailored to their individual needs.
Elisabetta is fluent in Italian and Spanish.
