Ms. Tan majored in electrical engineering and automation and graduated from Shanghai University with bachelor's degree.
In the over a decade’s time after she joined Watson & Band in 2002, Ms. Tan has handled a large number of cases and has accumulated rich experience. The handled cases by Ms. Tan include patent writing of various domestic and overseas patent applications, various office actions in substantial examination, analyzing of the patent invalidation and infringement (such as in the patent infringement litigation Qualcomm Incorporated vs. Meizu), translation and correction of patent translation, etc. and mainly in technical fields related to electrical/electronic engineering, computer program, automobiles, mechanics and mechanical engineering, automation and so on.
