Biography:
Carlos leades Core IP, the Intellectual Property División of Guardia Montes. He has broad experience counselling an important portfolio of national and international clients in IP matters to protect their interests, to close deals and to resolve contingencies that may arise from any conflict of the intellectual property. Carlos has advised national and multinational companies -as well as investors- in litigations and disputes related to intellectual property rights, technology and software licensing, patents, data security and privacy, copyright and counterfeiting issues, and related matters. Also, Carlos has broad experience in corporate, notary and administrative matters, especially when it comes to the international context. Carlos has demonstrated excellent skills and capabilities.
