Bruce W. Kelley

Bruce W. Kelley received his J.D. with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1993.  A member of the Nebraska Law Review, Mr. Kelley was also selected to the School’s National Moot Court Team.  Mr. Kelley is admitted to all courts, Federal and State in both California and Nevada.  Mr. Kelley is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association, State Bar of California, Fresno County Bar Association, Central California Adjusters Association, Clark County Bar Association, and Northern California Association of Defense Counsel.  In addition, Mr. Kelley is a member of the American Bar Association Litigation Group and, specifically, the Product Liability Committee.  Mr. Kelley’s primary community involvement centers around his work with the Clark County Pro Bono Program and as counsel to the International Association of Special Investigative Units.  Mr. Kelley is involved with the Nevada Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.  Mr. Kelley is an AV rated lawyer and focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury litigation, bad faith litigation, RICO litigation and the investigation of fraudulent activities.
