Mr. Waters has a broad civil litigation background, which includes the defense of employers in alleged employment discrimination matters, and the defense of hospitals and individual health care providers in cases of alleged medical malpractice.
Prior to joining Johnson, Graffe, Keay, Moniz & Wick, Mr. Waters’ practice generally encompassed all aspects of civil litigation. His practice emphasized the defense of employment, school and municipal law, professional malpractice, and complex litigation matters.
Mr. Waters was selected as a “Rising Star” by Washington Law & Politics in 2009.
