Boris Peyzner is Counsel in Mandelbaum Barrett’s Commercial and Corporate Litigation Practice Group. Boris has earned a reputation as a litigator who quickly assesses issues in a case and works towards a swift resolution. Boris is admitted to the bars of the states of New Jersey and New York as well as the United States District Court of New Jersey, Southern District of New York, and the United States Court of Appeal, Third Circuit.

Boris has extensive experience as a litigator, both trying and arbitrating cases, and negotiating settlements. He handles a wide range of matters including complex negotiations, litigation and transactions. Boris has litigated matters throughout New Jersey and New York, as well as federal courts throughout the Country. He regularly litigates matters throughout state courts at both the trial and appellate level.

Boris has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star from 2014-2019. He provides value to the legal community by writing on “hot topic” trends. Boris is also fluent in Russian.

Boris received his bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in Slavic language from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey where he played ice hockey. He received his juris doctor from Temple University, Beasley School of Law, where he served as an editor on the Temple Journal of Science Technology, and Environmental Law.

In his free time, Boris enjoys the beach with his family, rooting for the Devils, as well as playing and watching hockey.

Published Decision:

  • Successfully defended Morgan Stanley from a claim that it owed a duty to a non-customer to detect alleged fraud. Wolens v. Morgan Stanley, 449 N.J. Super 1 (App. Div. 2017).
