Barbara is a member of Lynn, Jackson, Shultz and Lebrun’s litigation and employment law groups and is rated as an “AV” preeminent lawyer by Martindale Hubbel. Barbara represents individuals, corporations and other entities involved in disputes through an active trial practice and alternative dispute resolution methods.

Barbara is licensed to practice law in South Dakota, North Dakota, and Wyoming. Barbara has appeared in administrative proceedings involving worker compensation claims in South Dakota and has represented clients at the trial court level. Additionally, Barbara has argued on behalf of clients in appeals to the South Dakota Supreme Court, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

Barbara brings a practical approach to resolution of disputes. She serves the South Dakota State Bar Association through active participation in committees and was recently reappointed to the Committee on Civil Pattern Jury Instructions.
