Andreas’ main areas of practice are Commercial, Corporate, Company and Tax areas of law, both in Legal Consultancy and Litigation, with special expertise in Renewable Energy Advisory, International Tax Planning and Trusts & estate planning. He undertakes Capital markets and private equity transactions, corporate structuring and M&As, Negotiations, Property Law and Conveyancing, and structuring of Intellectual Property Box in Cyprus. He regularly deals with investment management transactions, advising on corporate and regulatory issues relating to Alternative Investments Funds (AIFs), Trusts, wealth protection and investment companies.
