Allison M Neff is an associate at McCollom D’Emilio Smith Uebler LLC, in Wilmington, Delaware. She focuses her practice on trust, estates, and tax, as well as corporate and fiduciary litigation. She counsels both individual and corporate trustees in all corporate, business and trust litigation matters.

During law school, Allison was the Editor-in-Chief of The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and served as Co-Vice President on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, where she placed first in the 2018 ADR Competition. Additionally, she served on the Transactional Law Honor Society, earning 1st Place in the 2019 Transactional Law Competition. Thereafter, she was selected to compete in the 2019 National ABA Negotiation Competition.

Allison served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Meghan A. Adams of the Delaware Superior Court during law school. She began her career as a summer associate for Winget Spadafora & Schwartzberg LLP. Before joining MDSU, Allison served as a judicial law clerk for Master Selena E. Molina of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
