AJ Hernandez practices civil litigation in the area of insurance defense. While attending Creighton University School of Law he clerked for a local family law attorney and was senior certified with the Milton Abraham Legal Clinic. With our firm he handles insurance claims, tort law, coverage issues, as well as subrogation for his clients in both state and federal court.
