Mr. Johnson is a trial attorney with more than 25 years experience defending personal injury cases. He focuses his practice on defense of complex personal injury and wrongful death claims, Healthcare claims and Trucking and transportation claims. He has been appointed a special Attorney General to represent the University of Washington in professional liability claims.

Mr. Johnson is admitted to practice in the State of Washington, the United States District Court, Western and Eastern District of Washington and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

He has been selected for inclusion as a “Super Lawyer”, a distinction that is reserved to 5% of the lawyers in Washington.
