Roe Cassidy Coates & Price, P.A. (Greenville, SC) is pleased to announce that founding shareholder William A. Coates was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers at the College's 2010 Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C.

Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only and only after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility, and collegiality. Lawyers must have a minimum of fifteen years trial experience before they can be considered for Fellowship, and membership in the College cannot exceed one percent of the total population in any state. Qualified lawyers are called to Fellowship in the College from all branches of trial practice.

Coates is a 1971 graduate of the University of South Carolina and a 1974 graduate of the University Of South Carolina School Of Law. He concentrates his practice on commercial and corporate litigation, white collar criminal defense, government investigations, as well as healthcare environmental and real estate litigation.
