Mr. Wolff was selected in the Real Estate Law practice area. Mr. Wolff currently serves as a Managing Partner of the firm. His practice is devoted to real estate, banking and corporate matters, with particular emphasis on commercial real estate. His real estate practice includes representation of lenders and developers in all types of projects, including shopping centers, lifestyle centers, hotels, office buildings, apartments, condominiums, golf courses and residential developments. His responsibilities typically include handling land acquisitions, construction and permanent financing, title review, document preparation and review, legal opinions, environmental issues, property leasing, and sales.
Ms. Crowe was selected in the Workers’ Compensation Law - Employers practice area. Ms. Crowe has been a partner with the firm since its inception in 1983. She practices defense litigation, with a concentration on hospital and medical malpractice, and workers’ compensation. In addition, she is a certified circuit court mediator and serves as Chancellor of the South Carolina Conference of The United Methodist Church.
