John E. Rosen graduated from the University of Virginia in 1997 and from the University of South Carolina School of Law and Moore Business School in 2004. Rosen has extensive experience with a variety of transactions involving public finance, corporate law, and commercial real estate. His practice includes advising corporate clients on business formation, governance, contract negotiations, securities matters and a variety of transactional and general corporate issues.
David G. Jennings focuses primarily on local water and sewer utilities. Jennings received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Davidson College in 1968 and graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1971 with High Honors.
