Ernstrom & Dreste, LLP is pleased to announce Todd Braggins, managing partner, and Kevin Peartree, partner, have both been named 2013 New York Super Lawyers. Mr. Braggins and Mr. Peartree join in this achievement with fellow partners John Dreste and Martha Connolly who are already recognized as Super Lawyers. Timothy Boldt, also a partner with the firm, and associate Thomas O’Gara, have both been named 2013 New York Super Lawyers Rising Stars.

Todd R. Braggins focuses his practice in the fields of contract and commercial suretyship, fidelity, and construction law. In addition to his trial and appellate practice, Mr. Braggins counsels clients in all areas impacting the surety, fidelity and construction industries. Mr. Braggins has extensive experience with payment and performance bond claim analysis, investigation and resolution, and specializes in complex performance bond claims and related issues.

Kevin F. Peartree represents clients in all areas relating to the construction industry, contract law and suretyship. He handles construction litigation, counseling and contract negotiation for contractors, design-builders, construction managers, specialty contractors and sureties. He has written for and given presentations around the country on the topics of risk management, contract documents, ConsensusDOCS, the AIA contracts, project delivery systems, design-build, insurance, surety topics, the and the New York Lien Law.

Timothy D. Boldt is an experienced commercial litigator and counselor, focusing on the unique needs of contractors, construction managers and sureties. Mr. Boldt assists clients through all aspects of dispute resolution, including compliance with complex contractual and statutory claims procedures, informal and formal mediation, arbitration and litigation in state and federal court.

Thomas K. O’Gara works with sureties, corporations, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and construction managers on a wide array of commercial, construction, and surety issues. Mr. O’Gara has extensive litigation experience in state and federal court in disputes relating to complex commercial litigation, construction matters, contract law, lien law issues, insurance, and surety law.
