Boylan Brown Names Two Partners

Boylan, Brown, Code, Vigdor & Wilson, LLP (Rochester, NY) is pleased to announce that Lawrence A. Kallaur and Devin L. Palmer have been named Partners in the firm, effective November 1, 2010.
Mr. Kallaur is a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate Group, representing public and private companies on a variety of general corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contests for corporate control, leveraged and management buy-outs and recapitalizations, and private and public securities offerings, as well as employment, licensing, loan, joint venture and other agreements. Prior to joining Boylan Brown as an Associate in 2006, Mr. Kallaur was an Associate at the firm of Shereff, Friedman, Hoffman & Goodman, LLP in New York City. He is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law (J.D., cum laude) and the University of Rochester (B.A).
Mr. Palmer is a member of the Boylan Brown’s Creditor’s Rights and Litigation Groups, serving as Chair of the firm’s Commercial Collections practice. He concentrates his practice on commercial bankruptcy, collections, and litigation matters. He is an active member of the Monroe County Bar Association, serving on both the Bankruptcy Committee and the Professional Performance Committee. Mr. Palmer joined Boylan Brown as an Associate in 2002, and is a graduate of the SUNY Buffalo Law School (J.D., cum laude) and SUNY Geneseo (B.A.).
