Jerry Weitzel


Jerry Weitzel, of Kozacky Weitzel McGrath, P.C., is a trial attorney concentrating his practice in the field of commercial litigation with a focus on construction, real estate, admiralty, employment, and contract disputes. Mr. Weitzel also represents clients in professional liability matters involving architects, engineers and real estate brokers and agents. Mr. Weitzel also handles general corporate matters and provides contract review for his clients. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Weitzel practiced with the firm of Hoffman, Burke & Bozick, handling commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters and defending catastrophic injury cases.

James Whalen


James Whalen is an associate of Lipe Lyons Murphy Nahrstadt & Pontikis Ltd. and a member of the firm’s tort defense, product liability and commercial litigation practice groups. He focuses his practice on construction, business, commercial, product liability, employment discrimination and premises liability litigation in state and federal courts and before state administrative bodies.
