Keynote Speaker

Recognized by the ABA as a Legal Rebel, Michele is a law professor at the University of Miami School of Law, guest faculty at Harvard Law School Executive Education, and the founder of LawWithoutWalls, a multi-disciplinary, international think-tank of more than 1,000 lawyers, business professionals, entrepreneurs, and law and business students. Michele is an author, speaker, and consultant on innovation, culture creation, and teaming.

Through her company MoveLaw, Michele creates bespoke, experiential-learning workshops grounded in human-centered design to transform how lawyers collaborate and create culture change. Michele writes about the growing intersections between law, business, and legal innovation. Her book, Legal Upheaval: A Guide to Creativity, Collaboration, and Innovation in Law leverages more than 100 interviews with General Counsels at international corporations and Heads of Innovation at law firms.

Kayaking at Crandon Park

 

The tour will paddle at a leisurely pace along the mangroves and point out wildlife that guests come across. As guests paddle toward the Ibis Preserve Island, guides will talk about the adaptations of Mangroves to salt water conditions and point out the various species of coastal birds that roost and breed on the island.

 

Miami Seaquarium

 

Explore different exhibits and see the penguins, tropical birds, seals, and sea lions. Travel through a reef with the Seaquarium’s 750,000 gallon saltwater aquarium with reef marine life of every size and color imaginable!
