"I understand that you and your firm have given some consideration to joining Primerus. I serve as chair of the Primerus Membership Committee, and I wanted to contact you personally to offer my assistance with any questions you may have.
Our firm has been a member for several years, and we are proud to be a part of this great organization. Before we joined Primerus, we were promised nothing, and to the best of my knowledge, no other member firm has received or made promises either. You will not be pressured to join Primerus. The prospect of obtaining business referrals was not a substantial factor in our decision to join Primerus. It was our belief that we could fulfill our goal to improve our firm and to lead the legal profession by joining an organization with well-articulated goals, high standards, and the ability to work together. We believe that we have been able to "brand" our firm by being part of Primerus.
If there is any information about Primerus I could share with you, I hope that you will give me a call. In case you have not seen it, I am enclosing the Primerus brochure that we keep on the table in our entrance hall.
I look forward to hearing from you. Best wishes to you and your firm."
Sincerely,
Joel W. Collins, Jr.
