Sherman F. Levey, Attorney - has spent over 40 years with a notable practice in tax law as well as a career in tax law education. He is a Fellow in the American College of Tax Counsel and the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
Mr. Levey is a recognized authority on estate and tax planning as well as taxation disputes. Since 1987, Mr. Level has been on the faculty of the Syracuse University College of Law where he teaches tax courses and where he also serves as a visiting professor of law and is the co-director of the low income taxpayer clinic. Mr. Levey also serves on several prominent boards including:

• Jewish Health Care System of Rochester
Robert G. Nassau , Attorney - has practiced state, federal and international tax law in New York since graduating from Harvard Law School and Yale University - and is considered a leader in the fields of international, partnership, and corporate taxation. During the 1990s, he served several years as visiting lecturer in law at Yale Law School - where he specialized in taxation of financial instruments.
Mr. Nassau, in addition to his law practice, is currently adjunct Professor of law at Syracuse University College of Law, where he teaches various taxation courses including International Taxation and Taxation of Corporate Transactions. He is also a co-director of the Syracuse Law School low income taxpayer clinic.
Mr. Nassau is the author and co-author of a number of well recognized tax related legal publications.
