The ITS PG is comprised of Primerus lawyers from all major jurisdictions around the world, including the Americas, Europe, Asia and the South Pacific. Group members desire to share their expanding knowledge regarding these transactional areas, as well as to become acquainted with trusted Primerus colleagues to whom they can refer clients and with whom they can collaborate to provide quality legal services. The Practice Group focuses on all fields of business law relating to certain transactions, rather than every day business, including:

• Corporate restructuring/reorganization;
• Corporate merger & acquisition;
• Corporate finance;
• Securities and related aspects of corporate tax law;

2. Pursues a continued legal education in this field
