Wuestling & James, LC, was founded in 1962 by the Honorable Harry M. James, a man recognized throughout St. Louis as one of the premier trial attorneys before his appointment to the Bench in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis . The firm’s other founding partner, Richard C. Wuestling, III, was one of the best trial attorneys in St. Louis at the time of his early death in 1984. Mr. Wuestling was President of the Washington University School of Law Alumni Association and a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Today, sons William (Bill) F. James and R.C. (Rick) Wuestling, IV lead the practice and continue traditions learned from their fathers.
