- Execution and registration of Airbus Aircraft lease transaction agreements between Karthago Airlines, Nouvelair, Koral Blue and A320MSN 937 Leasing Limited and PK AirFinance S.a.r.l;
- Execution and registration of Airbus Aircraft lease and sublease agreements between Celestial Aviation Trading 42 Limited, Karthago Airlines, Nouvelair and Koral Blue;
- Public Private Partnership Agreement for the New Cairo wastewater treatment plant, direct agreement and reaching financial closure through managing partner when nominated as Legal Affairs Manager of PPP Central Unit;
- Execution of Network International (NI) license agreement with Diners Club International in Egypt;
- Closing of the transaction documents and agreement between National Processing Company (NPC) acquisition of 100% shares of Diners Club Egypt;
- Execution of the license agreement between Diners Club International and NI in Jordan and Lebanon;
- Execution of agency agreement between BM Egypt and J&J;
- on behalf of Ministry of Finance, we drafted the formal legal English translation of the Egyptian Social Insurance law;
