a. Corporate and Commercial Practice Group
The Corporate and Commercial Practice Group provides advice to companies operating in a wide range of industry sectors, including high-tech, banking, pharmaceuticals and infrastructure, both in Israel and abroad.
In addition, the group provides specialized advice to companies operating in non-traditional industries, as clean and bio technologies.

The group also advises on a full spectrum of commercial issues varying from business and asset sale and purchase, to franchise and distribution and agency agreements.
In addition, the group provides clients with legal advice on matters relating to bid submissions, representing both bidders in preparation of their bids and tender holders in drafting their tenders.
The group also maintains extensive experience in drafting and advising on option plans and other equity related incentive plans.
With a keen understanding of the operational and business requirements of clients, the group has played a key role in advising entrepreneurs in the start-up stage in founding and funding their ventures, throughout their growth stages. In that respect, the group also holds extensive experience in matters of intellectual property and licensing.
b. Real Estate Practice Group
The Real Estate Practice Group represents a variety of construction companies, developers and investors, involving all aspects of real estate investment and development, including financing, acquisition, leasing, planning, zoning and other land use matters.
The group has extensive experience with high-yield property investment globally, and has advised clients in respect to their overseas real-estate transactions, working closely with affiliated legal firms in several overseas markets.
The group represents commercial land developers and property owners in a wide range of commercial, residential and infrastructure projects in Israel.
c. Litigation Practice Group
The Litigation Practice group specializes in high profile litigation across a broad range of disputes, including commercial, corporate and securities litigation, foreign judgments enforcement, labor law cases, arbitration proceedings (including ICC arbitration) and mediation.
The group, with the guidance of Hanan Salinger, holds a unique expertise in plant breeders’ rights litigation and is an affiliated member of CIOPORA (International Community of Breeders of Asexually Reproduced Ornamental and Fruit Varieties).
On matters of litigation and arbitration, the group has argued and won cases on behalf of both local and international clients, representing the clients, presenting before the Israeli Supreme Court, District and Magistrate courts, labor-law courts, and other judicial and administrative tribunals.
d. Pro bono
At Salinger & Co. we are committed to advancing the goals of not-for-profit organizations through our pro bono activities, and we are proud to support their efforts by taking care of their legal needs.
In this respect, we provide legal services, free of charge, to several non-for profit organizations engaged in the empowerment and sponsorship of underprivileged communities, at-risk youth, and educational and cultural programs.
