Advocates for Justice™ – When we were looking for a name for our practice we landed on this one. It is what we do. It is not a promise or a guaranty. It is simply what we have done in the past and will continue to do in the future. Justice is not easy and oftentimes is not speedy or in any way lucrative. Sometimes it is failed. But without an advocate, there is no hope for many that have been lied to, cheated, taken advantage of and harmed.

We know that many people have concerns – some of them well founded – about finding representation they can trust. It has always been our practice to do whatever is in our power to deliver a just outcome for our clients. The people we agree to work with are seeking redress for genuine grievances. Don’t even think about calling us if you are looking for something for nothing or seeking an unjust result.

We are not ambulance chasers, and we don’t represent cases where we think our client is trying to win a large settlement by planting a finger in their chili. At the end of every day, our reputation – and yours – depends upon avoiding the amoral and greedy caricatures that plague our legal system and our community at large. Many people that find our firm are referred because of our track record on tough cases.

I believe that we, as individuals, must, can and do make a difference in this world. We are not simply here at this time to occupy space, consume and complain. Rather, we can and must act and take on and hold accountable those who do harm to our physical, social and economic well-being. We are a voice that will never be silenced.
