“Delivering value”. This statement also describes the focus behind the success of many American corporations which have led the resurgence of American economic progress in recent years. Successful corporations have concentrated on consistently delivering and building value.
Many of our business clients have the same mission. Indeed, the small and medium-sized corporations who are our clients have always had this goal. As the legal service provider to businesses and litigation clients, we must have the same mission – to consistently deliver value through our services. Our clients have the right to expect that when called upon, we will become part of their team to remove obstacles and to facilitate their delivery of valuable products and services.
This has several implications for our practice. We should view the legal tasks through our clients’ eyes. We must aggressively pursue our clients’ goals within the bounds of the law and must communicate effectively with clients. We must deliver quality services that produce results. The cost of our services should reflect the results obtained and the value delivered. We must have specialized knowledge, experience, resources and technologies which are the tools to deliver value to the clients. We must work hard.
Richard L. Robertson & Associates, P.A. is a specialized business and litigation law firm founded in 1996. Within our practice areas, the firm provides general litigation services and business advice to clients. Our practice includes representation in both state and federal court, including bankruptcy court, in Mecklenburg County and the Western District of North Carolina and appellate courts. It includes representation of clients before government agencies, in mediation and arbitration.
Our practice includes representation of a number of small to medium size corporations in Charlotte and nearby areas. We have developed practices to adhere to our firm Mission Statement and mission to deliver value to our clients, and we implement this mission in many practical ways in our day-to-day practice.
Our firm’s current staffing consists of three attorneys, including one senior partner and two associates, a senior level paralegal, a paralegal and a legal assistant. Highly qualified individuals with superior client service skills are encouraged to apply.
