At Konig & Partners Law Firm they are approx. 20 employees of whom half are lawyers, all of which are admitted to practice law by the Ministry of Justice and are members of the Danish Bar Society. The other half is administrative staff, including legal interns and their debt collection department. They make use of a quick decision processes with a close, personal contact between the individual client and their employees, which ensures a quick and efficient processing of cases.
They possess a general knowledge within a large number of legal disciplines and at the same time each of their lawyers are specialized in several branches of jurisprudence, primarily within the field of commercial law. In their experience, they serve their clients in the best way by offering broad counseling based on an overall assessment of each client’s individual legal and commercial interests.
A number of their lawyers have commercial experience and education beyond the legal education, for instance within the disciplines of international law and economics.
In addition, their lawyers undertake post-qualifying education in order to ensure that their law firm can at all times offer up-to-date and well-qualified counseling.
Their lawyers are also active in contexts beyond the scope of traditional legal business. For instance, some of them are appointed members of various boards of directors and are engaged in a number of associations, whilst other lecture on legal subjects and are authors of business articles. Also, they are frequently appointed as arbitrators.
In addition to Danish and the other Scandinavian languages, they are fluent in, among other, English, German and French, and their law firm co-operates with leading law firms in Denmark and abroad.
