Hayabusa Asuka Law Offices was established in March 2007 through the merger of Hayabusa Kokusai Law Offices and Asuka Kyowa Law Firm. Hayabusa Asuka Law Offices is an independent Japanese law firm which not only handles a wide range of domestic legal work but also has a cooperative relationship with Landwell, an international network of law offices.
Since its establishment in 1992, Hayabusa Kokusai Law Offices has provided a diverse range of legal services covering the entire spectrum of domestic and international legal work. Our clients have included major Japanese corporations as well as a number of overseas firms and multi-national corporations, and we have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience in fields including company law, corporate restructuring, finance, real estate, intellectual property rights, labor law, and corporate liquidation.
Asuka Kyowa Law Firm was established in 1998 and has served clients of all sizes in a diverse range of industries, handling general civil cases including litigation as well as legal issues encompassing company law, corporate rehabilitation, anti-monopoly law, and international trade law. Asuka Kyowa has provided comprehensive legal services encompassing accounting and taxation issues with the assistance of its own certified tax accountants and judicial scriveners.
The merger creating Hayabusa Asuka Law Offices was undertaken to mobilize our combined capabilities so as to respond to the demand for legal services which is swiftly becoming increasingly diversified, specialized, more complex and large scale.
