Fletcher D. Handley, Jr. has been practicing law in Oklahoma for 30 years, primarily in the areas of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Divorce and Custody. Much of his practice is focused on Auto Accidents and Insurance Law, including Dram Shop, or Tavern liability. His reputation in these areas led the American Bar Association to ask him to testify before the US Senate Commerce Committee in 1999 regarding a proposed National No-Fault Auto Insurance Bill. He is retired from the US Army Jag Corps and the Oklahoma Army National Guard, having served in the Armed Forces for almost 35 years, many as a Military Judge. He is rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell and is a Charter Member of the International Society of Primerus Law Firms. He is a fellow of The American Bar Foundation and selected as an Oklahoma Super Lawyer, 2009.
