History
Following in the footsteps of a family tradition that dates back to the beginnings of the Republic of Chile, when Agustín Vial Santelices was made a lawyer before the Royal Court on April 16, 1798, over 70 years ago, the lawyer Gabriel Vial Palma founded his law firm in Santiago, Chile. Thereafter, the Law Firm of Vial & Palma carved out a brilliant professional track record in the fields of Civil and Commercial Law, which led to it becoming one of the leading law firms in Chile.

In 2005, the partners of Vial & Palma decided to continue their professional activity as a group of independent lawyers, albeit maintaining the former common name until 2009.

So it was that the Grupo Vial Abogados was formed, whose members conserve the professional practice and quality that characterized the firm in the past, now enriched by individual profiles and new specialties that this group has been keen on building and developing over the last few years, in order to continue advising their clients dynamically and swiftly in accordance with their current requirements.
