Richard M. Fogg practices primarily in the areas of Probate and Estate Litigation, Condemnation, and Real Estate/Business Law. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Upon graduation, he was commissioned in the US Army. His service included a tour of the Republic of Viet Nam in 1967-1968. He was selected by the Oklahoma Bar Association as Oklahoma’s Outstanding Young Lawyer in 1971. He recently retired after 34 years as a member of the Oklahoma Board of Bar Examiners, having served as Chair of that Board on several occasions. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the International Society of Primerus Law Firms and currently serves as Chair of the Primerus Credentials Committee. He is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma Courts, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court.
Richard’s former legal association, Fogg, Fogg & Handley received the first Primerus Public Service Award in 1995, primarily for their volunteer work on behalf of victims of the Oklahoma City Bombing. The firm continues a strong commitment to Community Service today.
