Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. is one of the oldest law firms in the Southern Tier of New York, dating back to the 1890s. Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. has produced two presidents of the New York State Bar Association, judges and authors, as well as minority and majority leaders of the New York State Assembly.
