In order to fully protect client information , the firm has invested in electronic management of documents systems , which restrict the access to certain information to specific lawyers and assistants, according to the respective department and the classification of the information (restrict, confidential, internal or public).
All hard copy information is classified according to the required confidentiality, identifying the person responsible for the information, and is filed in appropriate environment in order to guarantee the required security level.
